Mango – Oven

1. Place dried mango on a non-stick baking tray.
2. Place this backing tray in the oven on 100F.
3. Leave for 5 hours.
4. Remove and crush using a pestle and mortar.
5. Couldn’t crush the mango, maybe it’s sugar content is too high.

NO GOOD!
